Abstract
SUMMARY
Objective: To survey the results of blood glucose control and some related factors in patients with onset diabetes after kidney transplantation. Subjects and methods: Conducted a cross-sectional study on 118 patients diagnosed with onset diabetes after kidney transplant with average age: 46.59 ± 10.26 years old, male: female ratio was 2:1. All patients had their fasting blood glucose measured, identifying a number of related factors including: hypertension, dyslipidemia. Results: 86.44% of patients achieved target blood glucose control, 70.34% met HbA1c target. The rate of patients controlling total cholesterol reaching the target is 57.6%%, TG is 52.5%, LDL-C is 78.8%, HDL-C is 29.67%. BP control reached the target of 36.93%. Controlling all three factors HbA1c, LDL-C and blood pressure reached the treatment target of 8.5%. Conclusion: The results of blood glucose control and some related factors are not good.
