Abstract
Objective: Evaluate the results of the first 6 kidney transplants performed at Laos Central Military Hospital 103. Research methods: Descriptive study, prospective longitudinal follow-up from October 2022 - October 2023 in 6 end-stage CKD patients receiving kidney transplants from living donors. Results: At 6 months after transplantation, no post-transplant complications were recorded. Kidney function gradually stabilized in the first 6 months after transplantation as shown by urea index, blood creatinine and estimated glomerular filtration rate; Tacrolimus concentration C0 gradually stabilized to the recommended threshold; Post-transplantation improves hypertension and anemia; Hematological indices including: white blood cells and hemoglobin gradually stabilized to normal levels, no changes in platelet index were recorded. Conclusion: After 6 months of transplantation, all 6 patients had no complications that needed to be treated. Kidney function gradually stabilized and disorders before and in the early stages after transplantation improved.
