Abstract

Hẹp động mạch thận ghép (Transplant renal artery stenosis - TRAS) là một biến chứng mạch máu được thường gặp sau ghép thận, thường xảy ra trong vòng 3 tháng đến 2 năm sau ghép, thường xuyên nhất là trong 6 tháng đầu sau ghép và là một trong những nguyên nhân chính gây mất thận ghép và tử vong sớm ở người được ghép thận. Chúng tôi báo cáo một trường hợp nam 32 tuổi tăng huyết áp (THA) kháng trị và rối loạn chức năng thận ghép, được chẩn đoán xác định là TRAS sau ghép thận 7 tháng, đã được can thiệp nội mạch nong bóng và đặt stent động mạch thận. Kết quả can thiệp tốt, cải thiện đáng kể chức năng thận ghép và kiểm soát được tình trạng THA.
