Abstract

The lymphatic system is a complex system, the lymphatic vessels are small and have many anatomical variations, making it difficult to locate and perform lymphatic survey techniques1. Although there have been many advances in imaging of the lymphatic system, many patients with lymphatic diseases still do not have access to these methods for diagnosis and treatment2. Intranodal contrast enhanced computed tomography lymphangiography has been recently described, has better accessibility and dissemination at a lower cost, but there are no reports on this technique in Vietnam. We report a case of intranodal contrast enhanced computed tomography lymphangiography on a patient diagnosed with chylothorax after surgery.
