Results: All patients had internal bone fusion surgery in the first week, of which 81.1% had surgery in the first 24 hours. Immediate results after surgery: 100% union at the beginning of the incision, the fibula fracture was no longer displaced in 36/37 patients (97.3%) 1 patient still had a little displacement, the medial ankle fracture was no longer displaced in 19/21 Patients (90.5%), bone formation technique 100% requirements.
