OPTIMIZATION OF ORIENTED IMMOBILIZATION OF ANTIBODY ON AU NANOPARTICLES TO INCREASE THE SENSITIVITY OF LATERAL FLOW IMMUNOASSAY FOR DETECTION AFLATOXIN M1 IN MILK
Main Article Content
Abstract
Objectives: To enhance the sensitivity of Lateral flow immunoassay for the detection Aflatoxin M1 in milk through oriented immobilization of antibodies. Methods: Optimal parameters include: oriented immobilization of antibodies, optimization of antibody concentration, optimization of buffer solution added to the sample. Results: The optimal antibody concentration is 15 µg/ml; and the buffer solution dropped onto the test strip to increase specific binding is MES (50mM, pH 6.7). Conclusions: By orienting the antibody and optimizing the concentration of the antibody, we have improved the sensitivity of Lateral flow immunoassay.
