Nghiên cứu đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng người bệnh COVID-19 và tiên lượng nguy cơ tử vong dựa vào thang điểm 4C - Mortality

Abstract
Objectives: 1) To comment on clinical and subclinical characteristics of dead COVID-19 patients; 2) To evaluate of the mortality prognosis results of the 4C-Mortality score for COVID-19 patients. Subjects and methods: A descriptive, cross-sectional study on 376 COVID-19 patients at the Infectious Field Hospital No. 5G. Results: The rate of severe or critical in the death group was 95.6%, the control group 78.2%, p < 0.05. The proportion of patients with severe TSS score in the death group was 51.5%, the control group (21.8%), the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Score 4C-M ≥ 9 increased the risk of death with OR = 9.9 (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The 4C-M scale has a good predictive value of mortality with AUC 0.837 (95%CI: 0.787 - 0.887); p < 0.05. * Keywords: COVID-19; Predict; Mortality rate.
