Mục tiêu: Khảo sát biến đổi tình trạng rối loạn cương dương (RLCD) trước và sau ghép thận bằng thang điểm IIEF-5 và phân tích mối liên quan với một số đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng ở bệnh nhân (BN) nam sau ghép thận 6 tháng từ người hiến sống. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu tiến cứu, mô tả, theo dõi dọc, không đối chứng trên 45 BN nam được ghép thận từ tháng 3/2023 - 5/2024 tại Bệnh viện Quân y 103. Kết quả: Điểm IIEF-5 sau ghép thận 6 tháng là 22 (18 - 23), cải thiện hơn so với trước ghép (p < 0,001); tỷ lệ RLCD là 44,44%, trong đó, mức độ nhẹ, vừa, nặng lần lượt là 26,67%; 17,78%; 0%. Điểm IIEF-5 tương quan thuận mức độ vừa với mức lọc cầu thận (MLCT), r = 0,356, p < 0,05. Phân tích hồi quy logistic, MLCT là yếu tố độc lập liên quan tới RLCD ở nam giới sau ghép thận với OR = 0,918 (95%CI: 0,847 - 0,996), p = 0,039. Kết luận: Tỷ lệ RLCD ở nam giới sau ghép thận còn cao, liên quan với tuổi, nồng độ testosterone và MLCT sau ghép.
