Mục tiêu: Đánh giá mối liên quan của thiếu máu trước phẫu thuật (PT) với biến chứng sớm sau PT và rò miệng nối sau cắt thực quản nội soi điều trị ung thư thực quản. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu hồi cứu, mô tả trên 152 bệnh nhân (BN) được PT cắt thực quản tại Bệnh viện Quân y 103 giai đoạn từ tháng 3/2012 - 12/2025. Thiếu máu trước PT được xác định và phân loại theo mức độ nghiêm trọng. Mối liên quan giữa thiếu máu trước PT và biến chứng sớm sau PT được phân tích bằng hồi quy logistic đơn biến và đa biến. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ thiếu máu trước PT là 42,1%. Tỷ lệ BN có biến chứng sớm sau PT là 28,9%, sự khác biệt không có ý nghĩa giữa nhóm thiếu máu và không thiếu máu (32,8% so với 26,1%; OR = 1,38; p = 0,37). Tỷ lệ rò miệng nối cao hơn rõ rệt ở nhóm thiếu máu so với nhóm không thiếu máu trước PT (18,8% so với 4,5%; OR = 4,85; p = 0,005). Phân tích đa biến cho thấy thiếu máu trước PT là yếu tố làm tăng tỷ lệ rò miệng nối (OR = 7,86; 95%CI: 1,97 - 31,45; p = 0,004), nhưng không liên quan độc lập với biến chứng sau PT chung. Kết luận: Thiếu máu trước PT không làm tăng có ý nghĩa tỷ lệ biến chứng sớm sau PT, nhưng là yếu tố làm tăng tỷ lệ rò miệng nối sau PT cắt thực quản triệt căn.
